How Pricing Works
Online Clinical Review Fee
A clear, upfront fee covers your secure online intake, chart review, and clinical decision-making in our asynchronous telehealth model. This is a cash-pay service and does not include laboratory testing or medication costs.
Laboratory Testing (Paid Separately)
If testing is recommended, it is completed at accredited third-party laboratories (such as Quest Diagnostics).

- You pay the laboratory directly at the time of specimen collection
- Pricing is set by the lab and may vary by location and tests selected
No Lab Orders Without Your Approval
You will see recommended tests and estimated pricing first. Lab orders are placed only after you review and approve them, so there are no surprise charges.
Treatment Only When Clinically Appropriate
Treatment options and any related costs are discussed or included only when they are clinically appropriate and safe for you.
Optional Follow-Up or Results Review
If you request additional follow-up, questions answered, or extended results review beyond the initial evaluation, clear pricing is shared before any additional charges apply.
Important Treatment Note
Some infections (such as gonorrhea) require in-person treatment with injectable medication based on current clinical guidelines. If telehealth treatment is not appropriate, you will be directed to local care such as urgent care or your local health department.
