Treatment costs vary based on each patient's individualized treatment plan, including the medication prescribed, medication dose, pharmacy and fulfillment costs, and the level of clinical care or support required. Medication recommendations and dosing are determined based on clinical appropriateness and individual patient needs.
Pricing will be clearly communicated to the patient before treatment or medication is purchased. Please note that prices may change as medication dosage, treatment needs, pharmacy pricing, or other applicable costs change over the course of treatment.
